Based on Trumps September 12, 2018 EO which declared a National Emergency due to threats of foreign interference with domestic cooperation in our elections, the DNI/Ratcliffe MUST present a written assessment around violations of that EO in 2020 no later than 45 days from November 3. The assessment with be shared with the DOD/Miller, the Treasury/Mnunchin, State/Pompeo and the DOJ/Barr. That's when a comprehensive plan to drop the hammer will occur.
