There are also claims in Detroit of ballots with 'tape' on the ballots... being run through he scanner multiple times - eight to ten times... running the same ballots through the counter.... eye witnesses to this.

The rule is (not sure why) 'no recording devices' no photos no videos' etc... in the area where ballots are cast and read...

The same vote twice should produce an error. It's not hard to test this before the election.
