There are dozens of sealed documents in addition to the settlement agreement(s). Collectively, they undoubtedly address relationships between these parties. The bankruptcy judge filed these agreements under seal to shield them from public disclosure. A Colorado lawyer-pede should move the bankruptcy court to unseal all the records in these three cases on the basis of public interest.
