Mainly yes but i do have a few other sources i like.

I go to rantingly occasionally. We usually cover most of the news they have here first, but sometimes i will see an interesting story there. They post links from many sources so it's a good mix, just be aware there may be lefty sites there too.

I also watch several youtubers who do a great job.
