I bet it's not even Sidney's case. She is getting information from somewhere. She may be filing something with the DOJ or court, but it may be already being taken care of anyway. Perhaps if Durham's investigation already lead to China, they are just having her lay out the public case. I believe she is only doing this for public awareness, which is needed if you want to sway state electors of actual real election fraud.
