The second largest Christian group here in Germany is Lutheran Protestantism with ~25% of the population. Only Roman-Catholic is more popular with ~27%.
Female pastors are allowed in in the Lutheran church and it's completely normal here to have one.
That said - this doesn't even look close to a normal church service to me as well.
