Those child abusers will blame everyone but themselves when that child kills himself when faced with the absolute truth that sex can not be changed. Being a man, being a woman isn't a commodity. Its not something any amount of money or medicine can actually make happen. They can LARP but there will be that cold dark lonely night when the truth can not be avoided.
