You don't get to violate the Constitution of the United States and possibly affect the outcome of a Federal election (all states involved). This subjects ALL states' electoral votes to illegal acts.

You can't disenfranchise the dead or fake people that don't exist.

Don't play dumb.

The citizens that mailed in thousands of illegal and duplicate ballots is not in good faith. Keeping the poll watchers out, matching up random names to ballots, bringing ballots in the back door, back dating ballots, is not in good faith at all.

The counter argument is by diluting the total votes with hundreds of thousands of illegal or fraudulent ballots you are effectively disenfranchising ALL voters.

Especially in the county where the 90k ballot dump happened in Montgomery county @ https://www.revolver.news/2020/11/explosive-new-data-from-rigorous-statistical-analysis-points-to-voter-fraud-in-montgomery-county-pa/

What you're saying is precisely why they will toss fraudulent ballots, dumbass.

Got the away game jitters I see. SCOTUS is MAGA country bitch. See you at Trump's inauguration.

satan 6 points ago +6 / -0

You assume all of the votes are valid.

The people who ran these elections and their acolytes are the ones that disenfranchised the voters, not the candidates.

5
_Throwgali_ 5 points ago +5 / -0

Bullshit. There's no way to tell how many of those votes were illegal because PA violated election laws. Every illegal vote that's counted disenfranchises a legal vote. Why are you ok with that?

-6

4
keepwinning 4 points ago +4 / -0

Exactly, that's why this will get kicked to the curb and PA Republican legislature will select electors.

Glad we can agree

USAF4Trump 1 point ago +1 / -0

Exactly. Since there’s no way to verify the results should get thrown out. The people of PA (I’m one of them) shouldn’t be mad at Trump or SCOTUS. Be mad at the dumbass governor and hack judges who broke the law and the assholes who wouldn’t allow republicans in the building for meaningful access to ballot observations. Combine that with all the other reports of suspicious and illegal activity and the only fair option to me is throw out the votes. PA gets no votes this election for electoral college. Sorry should’ve followed the rules instead of trying to game the system. Or maybe pick a candidate who isn’t a corrupt dementia patient.

hi china

DOWNWITHBIGBROTHER 4 points ago +4 / -0

It would then be the fault of the person who passed the illegal law. The correct thing for the SCOTUS to do would be to throw them out. They aren't the ones disenfranchising.

SurroundedByLibtards 3 points ago +3 / -0

Correct, by mixing them, the state of PA willfully soiled ALL of the ballots. They chose, not the courts, to risk disenfranchising the people of PA.

This is going to happen one of three ways. SCOTUS will order a new election in PA, and you had better believe that people will be watching them like hawks. OR SCOTUS will simply toss ALL mail in ballots. OR SCOTUS will tell the state legislature to appoint whatever slate of electors it wants.

1
DOWNWITHBIGBROTHER 1 point ago +1 / -0

So then you throw out the whole election.

4
Kekistaniphil 4 points ago +4 / -0

How to spot a shill, questions to ask yourself:

Does the post begin with "Let's be honest" or "Let's face it"?

3
jimboscott 3 points ago +3 / -0

'You can't tell people they can vote a certain way and then disenfranchise them because the rule turned out to be illegal.'

Ummm...

Bush v Gore did exactly that...

3
keepwinning 3 points ago +3 / -0

Hahahaha.. there is so much judicial precedence to do exactly what you say can't be done.

Upholding this fraud disenfranchises ALL voters in the state and impacts voters nationality.

Then they can blame their state officials for disenfranchising them if the SC determines rightfully that the governor and SOS and state SC don't get to just change laws, It's not their authority.

2
Sweden_wuz_Rite 2 points ago +2 / -0

Lol. How is Reddit these days.

2
MrsMason 2 points ago +2 / -0

The Precedent that it would set if the constitution wasn't followed would be very alarming. There are specific rules in place and ways to amend those rules, you don't get to end run around them.

Unfortunately the people that disenfranchised the vote should be held accountable to those they disenfranchised.

The question is, do we value our laws or do we not. Perhaps people need to start better educating themselves on whom they are voting for.

Wrong. So... wrong.

The voters themselves might very well be considered victims and aggrieved parties, but their ballots are still invalid.

Dont burn down anything when you're proven wrong

1
got2Bfree 1 point ago +1 / -0

Perhaps the citizens will realize the SOS & Gov DON'T represent them and vote the dick heads out

1
JiggsawCalrissian 1 point ago +1 / -0

Yes you can and it's your duty to do exactly that. Any authority figures who give intentionally misdirecting information to voters deserves prosecution to the fullest extent of the law. Like you said, the ballot casters act on good faith, they should expect not to be lied to. And the ones who had their voices invalidated as a consequence, where is their justice?

1
NOTWOKE 1 point ago +1 / -0

Yes you can.
