okay.. just know the people you're around.
I got a white friend who will say "check out this nigga" and point out something someone in our group is doing.. or "damnit nigga, I'm talking to you!" etc.. in context, it's fine and usually hilarious if not just funny.
I remember my mom (black) making fun of my friends and I (all races) playing basketball "you niggas aint hit one shot yet, stay in school" HAHAHAH. My white friend J was like "your mom just called me a nigga?" LOOOOOOOOOL
When I was in college back in the 90s, I was the only white kid in my dorm hall and quickly made friends with all the black guys from Detroit who lived there.
I always stuck with "brotha" and "sista" even though they told me I could say "nigga" around them.
