If they counted them illegally, they get thrown out. If they recount them illegal, they get thrown out again.
Dems can keep certifying their fraud as much as they like but it just incriminates more of them further and further up the chain each time they do so. Same goes for lower court justices who can't see past the giant rubber dildo in their gift baskets.

This is to slow walk the recount till Dec. 14
They know if they keep obstructing the recounts over and over again we will gradually be approaching Dec. 14
Any states who can't certify the vote and select their electors forfeit their electoral votes.
