I hate paying stamps as much as the next guy but as the response here shows you, 95% of gun owners don't even know what the NFA or Hughes Amendment or GCA or anything else is.

A tax is an infringement. The stamp tax is unconstitutional.
Just read it. It does seem like it is Unconstitutional on various levels.
