Many people who died with/from COVID would have died from influenza otherwise. So COVID only let weak people die a little sooner.

A bit fake given reports take a couple weeks to finally get tabulated, but trend line is clear and converging and will likely dip below last year's trend line.
Not really "fake," since these are the latest reported numbers (I'm not changing anything -- just plotting). It does require some interpretation. Clearly since November isn't over, we don't have full numbers for November. It also takes time for hospitals to report deaths. Unfortunately, image posts don't allow me to add a description -.-.
Could be misleading. People were driving a lot less and just out in the real world less where mishaps are more prone. Not supporting the covid stats, just something to think about before using the argument.
