You do realize who this guy is, don't you? It's Alex Lesley. Do a search for him online. Not a software developer at all. Either this 8kun post is a troll, or, the fake LinkedIn profile decided to use his photo.
I mean, some guy on 8kun claiming to be General Flynn (if I'm understanding this correctly) posted a picture of some Russian sex expert and falsely claimed it was a picture of the Serbian inventor of Scorecard? Does that sound believable to you? The guy on Twitter went wild with it because he did a tineye reverse image search and that exact image was not catalogued. But Alex Lesley is all over the internet.
Basically, there was a LinkedIn account using this guy's photo, under the name of a different but real person- a Serbian software developer named Aleksandar Lazarevic. And supposedly it said he worked for Dominion, and the idea, if I'm following this thing correctly, is the real Lazarevic didn't want his real LinkedIn profile associated with Dominion, so he created the fake one with the photo from Alex Lesley, the Russian sex expert. lol. And supposedly he forgot to delete this fake account. And supposedly once people noticed it, he deleted it, and a bunch of other Dominion employees deleted their LinkedIn accounts. And his email handle was used elsewhere?
The whole story is weird.
Scorecard itself has no evidence whatsoever. Its sole claim was from a guy named Dennis Montgomery, who is not credible at all.
However, that may be separate from, and different than, the whole Dominion/Smartmatic thing.
I read it as: Flynn was posting the avatar of the tech guy letting him know, they know exactly who he is. If that's the case, how crazy would it be that he could out someone on an anon board. That's what makes that so wow. And the Leksandar guy is most certainly involved in the tech to steal elections. The Ties to DoE and Sandia Labs and the countless research papers on how to hide corrections in data, and how to make data sets predictable... And his handle was used in that research and on the Dominion Employee... the link is fact now
But why would we believe an anonymous person on 8kun was General Flynn? I thought the person posting the picture was presenting him as the inventor of Scorecard, but that's just a picture of Alex Lesley.
Edit: Actually, I'm not sure who the supposed Flynn was presenting the photo to be.
So this is getting strange, why would this person use a picture of Alex Lesley. These people are saying this guy is the guy who tried to seduce George Papadopoulos and started the whole Russian Collusion investigation... if that's the case, this just went to a whole different level.
This guy comes from this research: https://thedonald.win/p/11QRtgFayG/dominion-software-engineer-publi/c/
And here is the thread with the story: https://twitter.com/re5iGam/status/1330018291289612290/photo/1

Does that make this even more damming then?

Yeah, I'm aware he tried to claim asylum in the US by claiming he had dirt on Trump regarding Russia collusion (along with Lesley's girlfriend).
This is the guy who is the basis for the Trump Russian Collusion Hoax... WOAH
Can you send me that article?
