So many balls are flying around right now it's just not even worth looking at right now. One thing is certain, Trump won. We're giving the law every opportunity to correct the crimes.
There is always a possibility for this, but as things stand, it's slim.
The Trump Team would have to not get a lower court ruling in their favor and then not appeal it further. That is not likely unless they planned to lose it for some strategic reason.
SCOTUS could decline to take the case [deny certiorari] but I really can't see that happening either.

Please go study up on how this election process works. There is much, much more to it than just election Tuesday. The living, breathing document we know as The Constitution is actively working right NOW. There are still 3 more weeks before anything is set to be officially determined.
The NEWS AGENCIES do not decide our political outcomes. The Constitution outlines exactly how the process works. It has the answers to your question. Go study it instead of wasting everyone's time with your doom and gloom!
