A parent is being arrested because his child broke the law... now do inner city single moms.

Why are the cops allowed to be massless within 6 feet of a suspect?

5
standonthewall 5 points ago +5 / -0

Was this for refusing to leave Costco when they asked? It's trespassing and it's a crime but you should stop supporting the businesses that support the mask rules.

tl;dr Cancel your Costco membership.

>his child broke the law

What law?

TrumpVoter1 2 points ago +4 / -2

we do not have mask mandates in georgia and if Kemps emergency declaration is still in play cities and counties cannot be more stringent than state.

The only problem for the Communists is the inner city doesn't have many guns. They've been infringing on the right to bear arms for decades and now the people there are naturally limp wristed cuckolds. It's everyone outside of cucksville USA that the Communists are worried about and the Sheriffs, police there aren't pro Gestapo unlike the inner city Communists.

Unmasked police arresting a masked man for what? BTW, he was NOT resisting arrest. Problem cops, terminate now before they cost the dept $ for lawsuits later.

No more police, only deputies and sheriffs. Its a start but we need people that love and appreciate our constitution . violation of the constitution by anyone in or working for the govt should be a felony

Unhappymeal 19 points ago +20 / -1

Cop here. Arrest was criminal trespass. Cucked faggot owners called 911 because the parents wouldn’t bend the knee and wear the face diaper. Don’t shop at cucked businesses. I won’t wear a mask anywhere on duty or off but if I’m asked to leave I leave private property.

5
Cram 5 points ago +5 / -0

I agree with this. The companies and businesses have the right to set their terms of service. If we don't find their terms palatable we should spend our money elsewhere and not drag it out until it results in a confrontation with the police. Me personally, I don't go where I'm not wanted just to avoid problems like this.

3
deleted 3 points ago +3 / -0
1
Cram 1 point ago +1 / -0

I'm not saying I agree with it but that's the way it is. If I go to a business that requires all customers wear masks and I refuse to wear one then they have the right to ask me to leave. The same as if I wasn't wearing a shirt or shoes. If I refuse to leave at that point then it's just escalating the situation. I think masks are bullshit too but I'm not going to push the issue until I end up getting arrested just for the fuck of it. I will take my business elsewhere, first.

If I was the cop in this situation I would have tried to just speak with him. I tell people routinely the mask ordeal is bullshit but if a business demands it it’s their property gotta play by their stupid rules. I would have done everything I could have to not arrest him but ultimately if he absolutely refuses to leave their owner property it would leave me not choice.

I’m a firm believer in talking 99.99% of things out and only resorting to force/arresting until I have no other options. So far this has served me well and I’ve only been in one shooting.

2
borscht-nazi 2 points ago +2 / -0

>if a business demands it

What legal authority does a business like Costco have to demand customers to be muzzled? Doesn't sound right to me.

2
Unhappymeal 2 points ago +2 / -0

A business can kick you out for any reason they want. In this case it was the mask. Props to the parent for not wanting to wear the face diaper. The business can in return call 911 to have that person trespassed.

Same deal if someone came to your residence and was in your yard and you wanted them gone.

2
borscht-nazi 2 points ago +2 / -0

>A business can kick you out for any reason they want.

Skin color.

0
TrumpVoter1 0 points ago +1 / -1

you wear a mask to enter costco or you do not enter. That is their prerogative as it is ours not to shop there while this is in place

1
borscht-nazi 1 point ago +2 / -1

How about if they make you wear a buttplug?

-1
TrumpVoter1 -1 points ago +1 / -2

Don't be fucking stupid. A private business can set a policy to wear a mask if they want in times of a "scamdemic" . and we can choose to take our business elsewhere to anyone that does.

If you want to wear a buttplug that is up to you. My ass is a one way street and I plan on keeping it that way

2
borscht-nazi 2 points ago +2 / -0

Not trying to be a dick but, Why does it seem that few take their oath seriously? Is it Job security? Do many just see it as a job and nothing more? Any insight would be appreciated.

5
Unhappymeal 5 points ago +5 / -0

Because some cops are pieces of shit.

2
prayinpede 2 points ago +2 / -0

Fair enough. Appreciate your honesty

0
borscht-nazi 0 points ago +1 / -1

Did they become pieces of shit because they became cops or were they pieces of shit who became cops? (I know, it's a silly question, and there are all kinds of people, but having spent quite some time around law enforcement in this country and others, including MP, I came to a conclusion that "good cops" are unicorns. And I hang out with a couple of our local guys on a regular basis too, or rather, used to until this whole covid bullshit.)

1
Unhappymeal 1 point ago +1 / -0

Honestly a lot depends on the veteran officers in the squad before the zero tolerance horseshit (Marxist garbage) flooded every venue in our lives. The veterans would square blue falcons away real quick. That level of “parental” oversight is gone and the culture inside policing has changed. A lot of this is to do with technology, everything being recorded and such.

1
borscht-nazi 1 point ago +2 / -1

Idk, man, I had the pleasure of being acquainted with some real blowhards that were 20+ year vets back in the day. And it didn't matter whether it was burbs or cities. Rural areas are different since it's all sheriffs but even they are getting pretty ridiculous these days. But my sample size is very limited, so, obviously, my perception is very skewed.

IncredibleMrE1 14 points ago +15 / -1

But "bAcK tHE bLuE," right?

Cops have chosen their side, folks. They'd rather be order-following commie stooges than uphold the oath they took.

Cities and counties can’t enact/enforce mask mandates in GA. What are they arresting him for?

2

meanwhile neither of them have masks lol

2
ValkyrieHoneybadger 2 points ago +2 / -0

There is no mask mandate in GA.

1
TrustingGod 1 point ago +3 / -2

The business has the right to force customers to comply, as it is their property, though the customer has the choice to take their business elsewhere.

1
borscht-nazi 1 point ago +1 / -0

Does it? How about mandatory bullplugs?

1
T-Bear 1 point ago +1 / -0

"Just following orders, sir. Nothing personal."

Yet there is no law allowing for the arrest of a parent if the child is breaking the law.

I think it would be highly ironic if this man busted the DA and the cops involved with an ADA case AND a civil case citing unequal application of the law (LEO's weren't wearing the masks they were busting the Dad for his son not wearing.

If I were in those shoes, I wouldn't let up until all legal fees were paid, the police busted the "anonymous source" that hid in the shadows while the police did the dirty work, and the LEO's here had to publicly acknowledge their insult to this man's integrity and reputation in arresting him for such a bogus charge.

The idea of backing the blue is about respect for law enforcement in general given the leftist narrative that would like everyone to believe all cops are bastards, and wants to see them demonized en masse.

Just because you find cops that follow unconstitutional mandates should not mean you no longer "back the blue", and it's kinda disheartening watching pedes disavow law enforcement because some cops are cowards.

Call out individual cops out or even precincts, counties, etc., but don't come here with hatred for law enforcement, that's too close to leftists dogma.

3
deleted 3 points ago +3 / -0
1
27Sandino 1 point ago +1 / -0

Consider that we can make statements about how cops following unconstitutional orders is an offense, without borrowing leftist slogans about not backing the blue, not unlike how we can show our basic humanity and disavow racism, without borrowing leftist slogans about BLM.

Just my own preference, I think this helps to keep things in a more proper perspective but your miles may vary.

Cheers
