the thing is no one knows for sure what "Kraken" refers to. Is it a supercomputer (why that's at all relevant IDK)? Is it a name for some kind of agency or system? Or is it just her phrase for the amount of evidence she has that will utterly destroy the Left? We really don't know to what it alludes really
I think she's just using a common phrase. "Release the Kraken" is a common pop culture phrase meaning to release something big. Maybe it alludes to something, but no point in really speculating until she releases what she has and we can see.
Here's the deal. The term "conspiracy theory" was coined after the JFK assassination to refer to anyone that didn't buy the official story. If you've ever actually looked at the Warren Report, you will see that there is fishy crap going on.
All a conspiracy is is multiple people getting together and creating a plan to harm or deceive another person or people. You really think this can't happen? You think the government is so good and virtuous that they will never have secret meetings to hide the truth or actively harm the average everyday citizen? You don't think world leaders can get together to conspire against other countries?
Conspiracies happen ALL the time, but part of the conspiracy is the cover up. What better way to cover up the crime than by labeling anyone that questions the official story as a "conspiracy theorist" AKA a nut. Now am I saying every conspiracy theory is true? No. However, by lumping the credible theories in with the absurd ones it further adds protection to them. It's basically gaslighting.
A group of people get together to overthrow the gov't. When caught, they claim everyone that believes they were trying to overthrow the gov't is a crazy conspiracy theorist. This term has very negative implications, so it makes the average person think anyone who believes that a group tried to overthrow the gov't is just crazy. It's just more brainwashing to get people to believe that "official" stories are always correct and to ignore anything that goes against that official story.
Agree. The issue is though that you have to win over a judge. And arguing a vast international conspiracy (a secret plan by a group to do something unlawful or harmful) is much, much harder to prove, especially in such a short timeframe that we have. Better to just focus on the tangible, strong evidence that Trump's team put together that is more than enough to flip 4+ states.
This is why the two are separate and always have been. Yesterday, they just clarified that she was working independently. She wasn't fired or anything.
Trump's actual team is focusing on the ballot signatures and states unconstitutionally changing election law.
Sidney is filing INDEPENDENTLY for "We the People" with her evidence of Dominion, etc.
We can do two things at the same time lol. Sidney's fight will be much longer and much harder. All of this is part of the plan. I really can see what Trump is doing. Sidney is keeping the eyes on her and the attention on her and her case. It's big and flashy and makes people talk about what's going on. Trump and Rudy are going after the more boring constitutional stuff that isn't likely to get as much attention. Trump is always using the media to shift the focus to where he wants it when he wants it. They are so predictable, it's so easy for him to control them.
I agree with your observation. This is clearly why Trump distanced himself from her. I think Powell is on the right track, meaning there is something fishy with Dominion. But she started going off on bigger rabbit holes and conspiracy theories, such as claims that Trump won every state by 7+ points, Trump won California, thousands are being bribed by communist money in an international scheme, Obama hacked the 2012 election, etc.
I suspect the team may have confronted her about what evidence she has and she either refused to show it or they deemed it not to be enough to hold up in court.
The good news is, this was a great move by the Trump team because Powell's more theatrical claims were stealing the spotlight from the basic and strong evidence we already have (signatures, statistical anomalies, 100,000+ mail in ballots with no folds all perfectly marked for Biden, etc.). The problem was Powell's claims were distracting from that strong evidence and turning the legal case into a circus and perception as a "tinpot conspiracy theory" when Powell started spouting off about vast international communist conspiracies, which are very, very hard to prove.
Thus the clarification to separate and focus on Rudy's already winnable and clear argument.
