Remember, this was the original plan of those who tried to compromise the election. They only had to stop counting in 6 states and sloppily shove through a half million fake ballots at 4am the old fashioned way because Trump won in a landslide, not by the 6% they anticipated to rig in their voting machines.
THERE IS NO CONSTRAINT that the POTUS is obligated to, or even should, wait to expose old fashioned ballot fraud before addressing the rigging of voting machine software, a much greater threat as it affects not only 6 swing states but all 28 states where they are used and even a dozen countries outside the USA.
If there is credible evidence that someone made a coordinated attack on the US election, the military is already justified in going in and making immediate arrests in order to expose their crimes to the American people.
The US election being compromised by enemies, foreign or domestic, absolutely qualifies as a national emergency.
Trump is playing the long game.... delaying the arrests and prosecutions to find all the "swamp rats"
The long game has a timer, 45 days.
