Yes, previously, we have enforced quarantines for folks who WERE sick and contagious. But the decision could have set precedent that we do NOT quarantine (or keep apart) healthy folks who were NOT contagious.
And precedent is not a hard and fast rule that is inviolate. It is most certainly a very strong guiding principle, but precedent can most certainly be broken for a number of reasons. Breaking precedent is a way of getting rid of bad law. It's not done a lot, but it does happen.

Trump legal team definitely has had inrefutable evidence to prove systematic fraud, and these evidence will be presented on scourt, the only question is how the SCOTUS will rule on it. There are a few possible outcomes: a) fraud is proven and a majority of justices agree, but they see it insufficient to overturn the result; some individuals involved are sentenced to jail, ruling in favor of Biden; b) fraud is proven and sufficient, illegal ballots thrown out, result overturned, ruling in favor of Trump; c) electoral votes of the contested states are discounted, neither Biden nor Trump passes the 270 mark, the congress votes and Trump wins; d) results of the contested states invalidated, a do-over elections in those states without mail-ins and Dominion machines. I think b and d are very unlikely, nearly impossible; a lot of conservatives are betting on a, while c is the most likely pathway for Trump to victory. Such a decision would sufficiently punish the corrupt local officials of those states and kick the ball to the congress to decide who the next president is.

The Constitution does not say that states can do whatever they want regarding poll watchers. This provision was specifically put in place to prevent fraud and when poll watchers are denied access (defying a court order) or are not allowed to be close to ballot counters (even when the election committee says otherwise), there should be no question that these violations are egregious. SCOTUS letting states get away with this basically means no poll watchers in the future which they cannot and will not permit. This is going to go to the state legislatures for choosing electors is my guess.

SCOTUS will rule to negate the hundreds of thousands of votes that mysteriously were counted in the early morning of November 4th -- based on the the two facts that there was (1)no corresponding signature envelope for any of these Biden votes and (2)the impossible math associated with these 'found' votes. I will even be more specific and go so far as to forecast that the negated votes will occur in Georgia, Arizona, Michigan and Pennsylvania -- leading to a President Trump Second Term.

The Constitution does not say that states can do whatever they want regarding poll watchers. This provision was specifically put in place to prevent fraud and when poll watchers are denied access (defying a court order) or are not allowed to be close to ballot counters (even when the election committee says otherwise), there should be no question that these violations are egregious. SCOTUS letting states get away with this basically means no poll watchers in the future which they cannot and will not permit. This is going to go to the state legislatures for choosing electors is my guess.

First of all, we don't know if Trump is losing his shit right now. Clearly it's best for him to appear calm.

Thirdly, I pray that Trump has a plan B in case SCOTUS doesn't go his way. And this plan B should be to use the military to remain in power, assuming the military is loyal to him.
Your third point is my sincere hope as well. I am praying that he refuses this crap and deploys the military. Yes, this could be seen as the act of a dictator and yes, I would be sickened if the roles were reversed. However, this is beyond obvious what took place. He has already survived numerous coups. SCOTUS will rule to negate the hundreds of thousands of votes that mysteriously were counted in the early morning of November 4th -- based on the the two facts that there was (1)no corresponding signature envelope for any of these Biden votes and (2)the impossible math associated with these 'found' votes. I will even be more specific and go so far as to forecast that the negated votes will occur in Georgia, Arizona, Michigan and Pennsylvania -- leading to a President Trump Second Term.
