I've been doing everything I do normally, other than wearing a mask in stores that request it. There's no right to shop without a mask. Stores can require you to wear a clown suit if they want. That's the property owner's right. Now, my city mandating it is bullshit, but I only wear where the property owner requests it. If the city requires it but the property owner says it is optional I support them.
Lol I shop the big box stores without a mask in CA. I wear a card that usually thwarts them (mask EXEMPTION fake). But if they say no I say "fine call the police" they never come. I'm not rude or aggro. I just stand firm and say NO
It's the tiny family owned restaurants I pick up from I feel bad for. I don't want them shut down over people like me because they're prime targets of health official bullies. They'll never close or fine the big stores tho.

I've never had a Publix employee ever say anything to me. I get comments from people occasionally and dirty looks but who cares?
