Wayne County MI certification is still in question last time I checked, what with the GOP board of canvassers members claiming they were under duress. Correct me if I'm wrong. What's the timeline? Did they certify after all?
It's kinda fucked up though that they would vote to certify on the state level before conflicts are resolved at the lower level, especially in one of their most populous counties.

A state certification overrides all the counties so it's a moot point now.
Then what the hell is the point of county certifications then?
Basically to help the state board decide on if they should certify. That way the state canvassers don't need to look into every county.
