It was certified by the canvassers. State legislators last stop , they select the electors to represent your state. They can stop it.

I'm not sure how they managed to cheat the system, was it a software/database override thing? was it double counting ballots somehow? so many data analysts I'm seeing see all the fraud , I don't know how they even managed to certify at that level
