My fellow Protestants,
I've lived in the South all my life, and I've spent nearly all of my church-going in Baptist and Methodist churches. While there are other religions represented in my area, Protestants are who I most often associate with, and I'm saddened by what I see.
Most sermons and Bible studies seem to get really close to making a valid point regarding current events, but they always come just short of that. Hardly anyone questions anything, and nearly everyone just says "let's trust the experts" or "I'm not a doctor" or "I'm not a lawyer" etc. etc. etc. Most of the Protestants around me seem quite content with this.
Do you remember where Protestantism comes from? The whole notion of it comes from NOT trusting everything you're told. Ask questions!
INVESTIGATE FOR YOURSELF!!!
The Protestant reformation was facilitated by the invention of the Gutenberg printing press that was invented in the 1400s that allowed Christians to read the Bible in their own language and interpret it for themselves! This movement was accompanied by an advancement in science with the likes of Galileo who made discoveries on his own and was branded a HERETIC for it.
At the time the experts and authority on these matters was the Roman Catholic Church (no offense modern Catholics), and challenging the Church was no small matter. It could easily mean higher taxes, imprisonment, or a very horrifying death.
Regarding the bat soup croup, remember what you learned in high school biology. The body produces T white blood cells (memory cells) after it successfully fights off an infection. That's how immunity works. Today, you're being told something different. Investigate for yourselves, ask questions, call out the lies.
Regarding the election, we know that thousands of dead people voted, poll watchers weren't given proper access, there are statistical impossibilities with 100% of ballots going to one candidate, ballots that don't look right, millions of people voting just for the president and no other candidates. Such an election should not be accepted, and tell that to anyone who says otherwise. You don't need to be an "expert" to see this.
Remember what your ancestors fought for: truth and liberty! The right investigate for yourselves, the right to think for yourselves!
The internet is the new printing press!. Use it, learn for yourself, and think for yourself!
Be ye therefore followers of God, as dear children;
And walk in love, as Christ also hath loved us, and hath given himself for us an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweetsmelling savour.
But fornication, and all uncleanness, or covetousness, let it not be once named among you, as becometh saints;
Neither filthiness, nor foolish talking, nor jesting, which are not convenient: but rather giving of thanks.
For this ye know, that no whoremonger, nor unclean person, nor covetous man, who is an idolater, hath any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and of God.
Let no man deceive you with vain words: for because of these things cometh the wrath of God upon the children of disobedience.
Be not ye therefore partakers with them.
For ye were sometimes darkness, but now are ye light in the Lord: walk as children of light:
(For the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness and righteousness and truth;)
Proving what is acceptable unto the Lord.
And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them.
For it is a shame even to speak of those things which are done of them in secret.
But all things that are reproved are made manifest by the light: for whatsoever doth make manifest is light.
Wherefore he saith, Awake thou that sleepest, and arise from the dead, and Christ shall give thee light.
See then that ye walk circumspectly, not as fools, but as wise,
Redeeming the time, because the days are evil.
Ephesians 5:1-16

Ephesians 5:1-16
I see plenty Evangelicals asleep. It's very sad. No one believes they need to think for themselves anymore.
I am a protestant pede myself, with a background including Baptist, Lutheran, and Pentecostal. I now consider myself non-denominational. I agree 100% with the frustration over the modern weak soy-boy Christian culture of the west. I believe that the Christian world has been infiltrated by socialist/communist forces in the same way that politics and other areas have been.
The bible is not regarded with the respect one should give the literal word of God by many so-called Christian leaders and teachers. It is subjugated with whatever modern philosophical ideas are popular this month. As an example, I did a year of seminary in a very conservative denomination and the dean of the school was trying to make us all accept that "no one can ever be certain that they know truth". It was total garbage, but this sort of attitude has now spread from the seminaries to the churches, then to the church-goers, and finally to the culture.
Christians are taught to never stand up, to never fight back, to never rock the boat, and to submit to authority without ever questioning it. The attitude that masculinity is toxic has been embraced almost whole-heartedly by many churches. This leads to weak men who do not protect women and children, at the family, community, and national level.
This is not just a Protestant problem. I have been reading a lot of stuff including Catholic and Orthodox resources recently, and I see infiltration of woke culture in all branches of Christianity. I have seen many catholic pedes complain about the current pope and how he promotes lockdowns, doesn't call out China or stand up for the underground church, and basically says that capitalism is evil and we should all be socialists.
I wish I had better answers, but I can only encourage us all to pray, to seek examples of strong, godly men and women now and throughout history, and to not be afraid to fight for what is right. This is why communities like TDW (I also like Gab and to a lesser extant Parler) are so important. People like Trump, Sidney Powell, Lin Wood, and many others are examples we should all follow on how to be strong and fight for what is right.
