I'm not sure if you're serious, but HCQ is not a good candidate for being available OTC. Also, the pandemic is already over. We're seeing an increase in cases (lots of false positives), but no meaningful increase in morbidity and mortality.
I have been using it since February and it’s OTC all over the world (as is ivermectin)
there are always Criticisms around any course; there is rarely the kind of clarity that exists here.
This is exactly the scenario I would try to avoid, as HCQ is well-known for its eye toxicity (chloroquine retinopathy). This is more common in people with a higher life-time dose so you may want to mention this to your primary care doctor or your ophthalmologist so they can keep tabs on it.

Reality is no longer based on objective observations from physical world. So whether or not pandemic is real or not, this HCQ plan is the way to go. Of pandemic is fake it gives everyone permission to have the pandemic be over. Fact trump took remdesivir inoculates the narrative from looking contrived to the other side.
