"the GSA makes resources and services available in connection with a presidential transition"

This is what the General Services Administration does.

"the GSA Administrator does not pick or certify the winner of the presidential election."

This is what the General Services Administration does not do.

Trump tweeted out "do what you gotta do, according to procedure". The investigation into fraud and corruption continues undeterred.

People with TDS may take this as "yess!!! biden is officially getting stuff that president-elects get!! that means he really won!!!"

I have a problem with this. Biden shouldn't have a fucking security clearance. AT ALL. He is a clear security risk and shouldn't be anywhere near intelligence reports. He's broken SWATHS of laws and has current ties to the CCP. A rival nation. For all we know, he's a collaborator (which he is).

This is the one thing I really want Trump to slam down on. At very best, his fuck up for a kid has ties to a competing nation and has taken millions of dollars from them. With Biden being infirm and retarded, it wouldn't take much for FaggotHunter to coerce Biden. Which makes him, again, a security risk.

It'd be nice to see Trump rip Biden's Security Clearance from him for that shit.

I figure they hope to catch them selling more military tech or some dumb move. But it's scandal city. Don't sit in such an important seat if you can't remain immobile.

I just hope Trump is letting them dig their grave even deeper. Have faith.

Trump keeps saying we are all going to win.

But it's not procedure because there's no official president-elect yet.

so say GSA gives 5 million to Bidens team and they spent 3 million. If SCOTUS rules in favour of Trump and he continutes as president, does Biden have to give back the 3 million?

"the GSA makes resources and services available in connection with a presidential transition"

so, you are saying, there is a presidential transition?

if there were one, the GSA would make resources and services available in connection with it.

"The GSA does not pick or certify the winner of the Presidential election"

Why did you skip that?

will people in Biden's "cabinet" or "transitional team" meet with Trump admin counterparts regularly for a hand-over? if yes, how do you feel about it?

Your first question is reasonable. What are the facts about that?

Your second question is a hypothetical, and bs.
