This is an uncomfortable thing to think about but there are plenty of parallels in history in other countries throughout the world. We all need to show Trump that we stand with him and we expect him to stay in office by any means necessary given the preponderance of evidence of the election fraud. It doesn't matter if every single politician is against him as long we we all stand behind him.

Because they are wrong. While not the absolute best way to write it, it is still perfectly acceptable and accurate in meaning.
It’s ambiguous. Language in such important cases should have only one possible meaning.
It's clear, but it is an archaic phrasing. Perhaps we've read the Constitution and writings of the day so much that we've absorbed their grammar structure.

Anyone struggling to understand what the sentence says needs to blame their own poor reading comprehension, not the sentence.
The only way you can mistake it to be saying the opposite of what it actually says is if you're a lazy skimmer and only read the first handful of words and stopped at 'concede' and completely ignore everything after that point.

There are many Constitutional paths he can take. They are not all within the justice branch.

Well spain went through the same thing and ended up with a dictatorship for a while. Not saying it was a bad thing as they turned out pretty well despite going through a civil war. These things are always dangerous even if necessary.
Spain went through multiple civil wars within I think the last 200-300 years. And at least some of those civil wars left Spain in ruins. While there are similarities reg. such situations (and similarities with other civil wars in other countries and the like), there are also important differences. One of the major differences this time is the extreme globalization, transportation methods, communications, etc. etc. etc. And also that the USA is the world's super power. If a civil war breaks out in the USA, and the military of the USA breaks down, the rest of the world will most definitely get involved. And that could easily result in WW3. If a civil war breaks out, maintaining the integrity of the military would be a very good thing, including for our species.
