Yes, but a lot of the government is not working with him. He doesn't have SOLE power. I think a lot of this stuff is just procedural. As of right now, there is no current winner, and due to people signing certification, I think people hands are tied in the decision if whether to realease funds or not. It is simply part of the process. It doesnT MEAN Biden will be president.

It has to be done because there has been no decisions but the court either way. Even though it is obvious fraud has occurred, it hasn't been proven in a court of law. Since there has been no ruling, I think the process dictates that they have to release the funds.

Even if the courts decide to not do their jobs, Trump still has the powers to take emergency actions, but that's only as a last resort. There's no way he's just going to roll over and take this, no matter what the court decides. Trump knows what happen and this goes against everything he stands for, and everything he's ran on. He will never let this country be destroyed by commies. Not to mention his huge ego. He'll never let his legacy be tarnished like this.
