yep. the fact that extensive broadband exists and through out the covid lockdowns people learned they can effectively work remotely they also realized there is no need to live in NYC if they cannot reap the benefits that come along with the high costs. Your username reminded me of a bit of drama that happened back when I was in high school. This was 2009ish. There was a lesbian couple at our school. One of them cheated on the other. So for revenge the girl who was cheated on went and fucked the other girl's brother. And got pregnant, naturally. At the time that I graduated they had got back together to raise the child.
