Constitutionally, Trump is still POTUS until Jan 20, 2021 regardless of all outcomes, and all resources are still available under his fingertips until that date to protect his supporters and allies, especially under threat of intimidation. GSA transition decision is akin to the commander's ordering his soldiers to disarm in the face of assault from the enemy. How could that carry any other interpretation?
