I know, this has to go the whole way. You have to see who is crooked, in each branch, and levels in said branch. We have seen appellate court judges, governors, cops, and more disregard law. Exposing the backstabbers, in the executive branch, had to be done.

It's hard to really know what's going on behind the scenes since none of us get to hang out in the WH with Trump. If theyre arguing just the first part, which is what the filings in PA seem to do so far, I'm feeling worried. I dont know enough about lawyering to know whether they can save that stuff for SCOTUS or can only argue what they had in the original case.
The argument is extremely simple, the constitution states that state legislatures will have control over how elections are held. In PA, right before the election, their courts ruled in favor of extending the time mail-in ballots would be accepted-a ruling which goes directly against what the state legislature made into law. The argument is simple, the constitution does not give the state’s courts the authority to change election laws so those passed by the legislature must be enforced.
They wouldn’t be disenfranchising anyone, they’d be following the law. Those votes were counted against PA law, that disenfranchises every single legal resident who voted in the election in PA. All this does is set things right.
There’s no telling how this will be argued, Rudy set it up so they’re getting judges that are just throwing their case out so that he can make it to SCOTUS ASAP. Thanks to very liberal judges no one in the country knows what Rudy is really gonna be arguing, something I’m sure the old fart loves.
So to ease your mind a bit, PA is a very easy case for the Trump team in SCOTUS. It’s a simple constitutional matter, and even the liberal judges would be hard pressed to rule against Rudy’s case. Rudy has the law that was broken, the proof they broke it, and the evidence of damages to Trump. This is a perfect court case.

Given the extraordinary circumstances around the Worlds Deadliest Pandemic Ever, it was entirely reasonable to change the rules at the last minute to protect lives, in fact, completely legal due to <obscure state statute that lets them rewrite rules during an emergency>. It would clearly be disenfranchising to throw these votes out!
