Could "Sell" someone a peice of paper and have it come with a FREE beer!!!.....All perfectly legal! I worked for a restaurant that lost "sales" privileges over a tecnicality and it was a cover charge for a month till court.....State laughed, called us smart and gave us our license back!
It's tragic watching a whole state get humiliated daily and ask for more due to brainwashing. Before long ago I didn't really have an opinion on the integrity of people from many states.
