Right now, nothing, case-wise. Their cases over the election aren't criminal, they're over election rules and procedure. They're laser focused on that, as they should be.

And, I'd guarantee they're gathering evidence that includes everything Sidney's team is doing.

You can't just lump all of this in on one lawsuit. Patience.
