They’re trying to win legal cases, so they’re not going to go and post their evidence on social media for a plethora of reasons (let’s opp prepare, angers judges, risks evidence being thrown out, etc.).

Fucking so many people don't understand this. I mean, I'm skeptical of the chances (never tell me the odds), but it's not because lawyers won't fucking broadcast their entire case to the world before they've even been to court.
