I have no idea, I've asked this question before. Trump has the power to fire Wray and Barr and appoint a real patriot that will uphold the law. Not sure why he doesn't, but I've been told by others that I should "trust the plan."
He could also deputize people to run investigations
Obviously, Bill hasn't been able to reform the DOJ. Apparently, it has corrupted him instead. He has a few days left to show he can do the right thing.
