Well it was founded as a prison colony so it's not exactly like a people that have known freedom.
You would have thought that wily characters like that wouldn't have been such sheep.
If it's legal to fake a ballot, you can fake a vaccination.

I'm no anti-vaccine type, but I will not be taking this one......
