What about a lot of open source projects that have leftist codes of conduct and constantly have BLM promotion on their homepages? Helping those also provides help to that repo's corporation or foundation in the form of prestige. It also helps increase their market share so they can cash in on receiving donations, while also selling premium offerings and expert consultations. You may contribute but in the end, they control the overall direction of the product and decide the top-level messaging. Please check out a project before contributing free labor to the adversary.
I have used a few Linux distributions over the years, namely Fedora and Ubuntu. GIMP for image processing, Inkscape for vector graphics, Blender for 3D graphics and animation, Libre Office for word processing, VLC for video, Audacity for audio and the like to name a few.
