Have you ever thought that many Goyim would happily pursue similar fields but there's a hidden barrier to entry that would make Jews much more likely to be accepted at equal level of skills and perseverance?
Could it be a possibility that when 100 Goyim and 2 Jews (all equally skilled) independently apply for a given high-profile position in banking or media, then 9 times out of 10 it will be one of the two Jews that are selected, instead of one of the 100 Goyim?
