The National Review of my youth died when they backed Romney in the primary, but NR opposing Trump made me actively hostile to NR. I can't help but think that Buckley, despite their differences, would have been a VOCAL Trump supporter. Buckley liked a fighter.

It's a shame, because NR was once a towering conservative presence, but things change, it's up to us and naughty little places like this one to continue the fight.
