Is there a legal definition of this phrase? How is it designated? By whom and by what process? It’s hard to grasp what it refers to. Also, finding out who designates it might help identify the fraudulent person responsible?
Now I get it. “Indefinitely confined” refers to the person able to submit an absentee ballot. Not the ballot itself. Makes much more sense. The defining perimeters must’ve been fraudulently stretched to expand the numbers thus much.

Correct. And, this is not a COVID thing. The definition itself was not expanded to cover COVID. The electioneers, however, saw this as an exploit to request ballots, so that they can stuff the ballot box.
Remember, the democrats use THREE different methods to cheat in elections:
Voter Fraud
Voting Fraud
Vote Counting Fraud
These three methods can work independently and together, but it always ends up with democrats "finding" more votes...just enough and then they call to "move on".
Agreed. WI needs to be one of at least 3 states to refuse to certify PLUS appoint electors that will vote Trump. WI is a must-win state. With a clearly fraudulent election.
