I read somewhere that Sydney Powell is still legally certified as a military lawyer so she may be able pursue this as a criminal case in military tribunal or something.
One of her twitter posts said she was pursuing civil charges, saying that the proof of claims of fraud in criminal cases is a lot higher, which gave me the impression that at this point anyway she was pursing civil charges only.

The dominion case is massive, it is gonna rake longer to shape it than they have right now. They have to knock out the discrepancies vefore anythingnelse, and trust that it will be enough to pull the win through.

Sidney in a post said that if they can prove there were discrepancies then the states can't be certified. Certification of an election is the same as what a CPA would do to certify your financials.
If the CPA feels there are discrepancies, not necessarily wrongdoing but discrepancies they will refuse to certify.

They will go after Dominion but that is probably part of a RICO case, which is criminal and will take a while. Probably years. And my guess is it will only get legs once Trump is reelected.

Sidney Powell's work is absolutely pointless. I have left things that are just as useful to Trump in my toilet bowl today.
