You have no idea how crooked Pennsylvania is unless you live here. Just check out the Cash For Kids documentary. Look at how the attorneys kept 85% of the cash awarded to victims in the Tronox class action suit. I could go on. I believe our votes have been tampered with for years - otherwise these crooks would not be in office today.
