Start: 64 were mailed in on 10/08/20 In-between---------------- End: 75 were mailed in on 11/2/20
88 ballots returned on 10/10/20 20 ballots returned on 10/11/20 31 ballots returned on 10/12/20 1 ballot returned on 10/13/20 etc.
then 22 is 22 ballots returned on 11/1/20
