Tacit concession?

I guess I missed it yesterday, Trump didn’t concede but was it sort of a tacit concession? Biden now forming an administration? What happened exactly?

No concession. He never asked GSA to defer the funds. The GSA lady was getting death threats so she released the funds. Trump didn’t want her killed and didn’t need the funds delayed to win. Don’t listen to the fake news media when they call it a concession. They lie!
