If you believe that Trump planned for this via his EO, then I think that it's possible that they purposely held back to let this play out in order to try and catch everyone red handed doing it again. This somewhat tracks with how Sidney Powell, Lin Wood, and Jordan Sekulow describe the cases they are bringing. One thing that isn't getting talked about is the execution of the EO (assuming they are executing it -- it's a confidential process that was put in place awhile ago) and the NSAM 57 activation. Maybe there is nothing there or maybe everything we are reading about is just noise to distract from what's happening behind the scenes. This might be true or far fetched but it's the only other logical explanation I can think of as to why he seems to be incompetent.
