Moreover, no person who accepts money in any form from a foreign entity or holds dual citizenship with any other country including Canada is allowed to sit on the board of any of these companies, nor allowed to hold any editorial position of any capacity.
Any personality seen on screen, and any writer for print journalism who contributes more than once per week and also received foreign money of any form, or holds dual citizenship of any form must disclose the nature of their dealings on the company's website.
Spez: the penalty for a board member who knowingly violates this law is a minimum of 10 years in federal prison without parole. The penalty for an editor who knowingly violates this law is 5 years.
The penalty for a contributor is a five million dollar fine against the company per contribution (it's not the contributors fault if the company fails to disclose, so no penalty against the contributors)
