(2) Trump could have fired every single US Attorney, just like Bill and Barack did. Sure, that's true to some extent, but--
(1) Trump could have made more recess appointments, especially in the first two years.
(2) Trump could have fired every single US Attorney, just like Bill and Barack did. In his case, there was far more reason to do so.
