This is why I'm a bit suspicious. The entire point of ''infiltrating'' a phone call is to record audio.

I agree with you there, BUT, if Eric Coomer made those Facebook posts it is more than reasonable to believe he made the alleged remark. At the very least he is an hyperpartisan individual with a massive amount of power when it comes to vote counting. This is more definitely worth pursuing into courts.
