Oh, remind me of what Friedman thought of immigration and tariffs?

The Austrian and Chicago school of economics are globalists.

Conservatives, just like the true commies, have been duped into supporting big corporations.

You can take nuggets from people like Friedman & others, while not completely supporting the rest of their ideas / ideology.

Agree. Because we're all individuals with our own brains and discernment. So annoying when people paint with a broad brush, like Italians Invented 2A. To me, anyway, people like him are immediately suspect.

  • Immigration is useful so long as it remains illegal.
  • Tariffs ARE a barrier to trade.

You have been an entertaining contrarian but you constantly frame things out of context.

  • Immigration IS useful for certain purposes. It remains the clearest way to make our farms competitive however hiring abuses and failure to hold employers accountable for hiring illegals is a failure of all political parties to the detriment of the populace.
  • Tariffs ARE a barrier to trade and though we've played fairly honestly since Friedman's time, we've also been abused by our trade "allies".

Certain traits of the globalist agenda are inevitable and the only way to preserve our culture is to create that strong conservative identity to face such challenges.

You're an elitist with no true understanding of what it means to be a conservative. Are you even American, in the full sense?

You're an elitist devoid of true conservative experience. Are you even American, in the full sense of the word? Perhaps you should check yourself, pally.
