Maybe I've misread or what I've seen is wrong, but isn't Biden wanted for a class A felony in Ukraine? If he were to be extradited he'd forfeit the race automatically wouldn't he? I doubt this would happen just curious if I'm right.

I was under the impression we were under a 2018 Executive Order saying we were under an Election Security Emergency and that heads would roll at any time. :/
