In regards to the affidavit paragraph 15. That is just one point out of about 20 and it was mentioning recommendations (which is a common thing to do in consulting firms). The earlier points were proving fraud.

I believe the things this affidavit points out are enough to make this evidence very strong. Many of the irregularities he pointed out are things you don't just take his word for, they're just facts. For instance, raw count data from dominion having counts with decimals. This is impossible. There is no such thing as a partial vote. This is blatant evidence that there is some kind of weighted system occurring during counting, and this illegitimizes the counts provided by the dominion system outright. I'm going to make a post soon where I created a simple program to show what this "weighted" system means, how it works, and what the data coming out of it looks like.
I understand that, but the data provided by dominion showing vote counts with decimals is a bombshell. Literally everything else in the affidavit could be tossed, as long as that count having decimals is true (which is visible from a multitude of sources, including MSM), then the entire voting process with the dominion system is clearly faulty.
An objective observer simply examining the decimals would not automatically conclude that they are "proof" of fraud.
They are evidence that suggests the potential for fraud exists - and at the very least, those decimals demand an explanation because they make little sense.
I looked up the townships and found many if not most of them ARE in Minn not in Mich. Sad but true. Not sure what else this affects in his statement. Unless the township lists im looking at are innacurate then this is a problem. The argument of over 100% of the population is based on this.

Agreed - still possible to blame it on a “glitch”. At point #13 they bring up the physical impossibility of the almost 400k ballots being processed in just over 2 hours - this still does not prove intentional fraud, but certainly proof that the ballot counts are not to be trusted. So perhaps these are the two different routes of investigation - equipment reliability and then the intentional fraud case which will take longer to prove.
That's what I've been saying to people, they do not need to prove fraud, period. They need to prove that the counts we have for the votes cannot be accepted as accurate. The decimals on the counts is honestly a bombshell and underrated. There is no such thing as a partial vote, and this is clear evidence that SOME kind of weighted system is occurring that changes how much votes are worth. All votes = 1 vote, period. At least, that's how it should have been.

Literally everything else in this affidavit could be thrown out, that one fact is crucial. It is clear evidence that at least some votes are not being counted as 1 vote (integer), but instead a decimal number (float). This negates accepting these counts as valid.
All we don't know is how many votes were counted with decimal weights. Since we can't know without logs, it's safest to assume the possibility that all votes were counted in this manner, because fact of the matter is, they'll need to PROVE that not all votes were counted this way, and that a vast majority were legitimate and worth 1 vote.

Yea? I'm wholly convinced there was significant fraud in this election, likely so much that Trump actually won. Still, because I'm not an expert in election fraud, cyber security, election operation, and because I'm not one of the firsthand witnesses to fraud, I cannot in good conscience state that there was fraud with 100% certainty. This doesn't invalidate my suspicions.
What we have here is an expert casting doubt on what he knows about this situation. Obviously, with incomplete data, he cannot unequivocally state there was election fraud. What this affidavit does is present serious cause for concern. If someone chooses to ignore it, they are either in complete denial or are complicit to whatever is going on. This is a call to action for a court to get the required evidence to make a decision one way or the other. You can't just throw out his sworn statement because he doesn't have a crystal ball.
I know as well as you that there is no such township in Michigan. The guy clearly made a mistake in that section. As you may surmise from my previous comment, I'm not a lawyer, but I thought affidavits contain statements the author believes to be true. In this case, it seems the guy confused Minnesota with Michigan. Foolish, yes, but out of the realm of possibility, no. Furthermore, the copy we have is not notarized, so it may not be the final copy.
I can't speak to how a court would view this as written, but we as individuals can do further research on these claims. Do there exist precincts in Michigan where voter turnout exceeded 100%? Did the candidate ratios change unexpectedly over time, after accounting for the difference in mail-in/in person voting? Were votes stored as floating point and would this provide any evidence at all of RCV? Were the type and number of machines used capable of counting the votes they did in the timeframe mentioned? And so on.
If the answer to any of these is yes, the affidavit is not worthless. While the author's credibility could be called into question, if the allegations (or in the case of 11., the spirit of the allegation) are true, another expert could just as well write their own affidavit, yes?
This significance of that would rely on the premise of the case, right? If the case is "there is fraud, throw out the election", then I see your first statement as the likely opposing argument. If the case is "there are irregularities that justify a full audit with XYZ and ABC, please grant that", then this is a "smoking gun" right?
Even so, could this be a smoking gun in the sense that a reasonable judge could not possibly dismiss the case before allowing the participants a chance to gather more evidence (as happened in PA)?

States that vote to certify are certifying fraud knowingly to push things through as soon as possible because they know the legal cases will expose that. Them doing this is actually worse for them because it can be used against them in court.

Reporting of the vote tallies happens in large batches. It's trivial to pick a window where lots of precincts reported more votes than they could have tallied in the same time window the reporting took place in.
The lists of precincts with >100% turnout (including the ones from Minnosota labeled as Michigan), are comparing voter numbers to "SOS Est. Voters," which is NOT the number of registered or even eligible voters in the precinct. It's nonsense.

If you read the sentence it never says these are MI precints, he says they are precincts with over 100% voter turnout vs estimated voters (this also needs to be cleared up, what is his definition of estimated voters, voters who voted, or voters who were eligible to vote). It should be written clearer to remove assumptions. But I'm not sure he is trying to state these are in MI.

I wonder if the original data is correct, but a sorting error aligned the areas incorrectly. Seems like a obvious error especially with a 350% claim, I would have expected that to be triple checked.
One thing to consider if these are mn counties as I saw in another post of "Frazee", "Detroit Lakes", etc... is that those are all lake country in MN with 400,000 to million $ lake homes of people from the Minneapolis/St. Paul area. I would not doubt that many voted twice, both at home in the MSP area and at the lake home. So the data could be right, just the wrong data set was used.

Just noticed when reading through the affidavit Antrim county was spelled as Antium. I know in another affidavit there was a mix-up with a state abbreviation and this error could cause problems with the affidavit itself. Is this another typo that could have legal ramifications?

Dear lord I've been telling people this everywhere, they don't listen. There are a MULTITUDE of security concerns where 1 or 2 people can totally destroy thousands of ballot counts, flip them, disregard them, make them do a handstand, whatever they want. I believe the things this affidavit points out are enough to make this evidence very strong. Many of the irregularities he pointed out are things you don't just take his word for, they're just facts. For instance, raw count data from dominion having counts with decimals. This is impossible. There is no such thing as a partial vote. This is blatant evidence that there is some kind of weighted system occurring during counting, and this illegitimizes the counts provided by the dominion system outright. I'm going to make a post soon where I created a simple program to show what this "weighted" system means, how it works, and what the data coming out of it looks like.

I understand that, but the data provided by dominion showing vote counts with decimals is a bombshell. Literally everything else in the affidavit could be tossed, as long as that count having decimals is true (which is visible from a multitude of sources, including MSM), then the entire voting process with the dominion system is clearly faulty.
An objective observer simply examining the decimals would not automatically conclude that they are "proof" of fraud.
They are evidence that suggests the potential for fraud exists - and at the very least, those decimals demand an explanation because they make little sense.
I looked up the townships and found many if not most of them ARE in Minn not in Mich. Sad but true. Not sure what else this affects in his statement. Unless the township lists im looking at are innacurate then this is a problem. The argument of over 100% of the population is based on this.

Agreed - still possible to blame it on a “glitch”. At point #13 they bring up the physical impossibility of the almost 400k ballots being processed in just over 2 hours - this still does not prove intentional fraud, but certainly proof that the ballot counts are not to be trusted. So perhaps these are the two different routes of investigation - equipment reliability and then the intentional fraud case which will take longer to prove.
That's what I've been saying to people, they do not need to prove fraud, period. They need to prove that the counts we have for the votes cannot be accepted as accurate. The decimals on the counts is honestly a bombshell and underrated. There is no such thing as a partial vote, and this is clear evidence that SOME kind of weighted system is occurring that changes how much votes are worth. All votes = 1 vote, period. Literally everything else in this affidavit could be thrown out, that one fact is crucial. It is clear evidence that at least some votes are not being counted as 1 vote (integer), but instead a decimal number (float). This negates accepting these counts as valid.
All we don't know is how many votes were counted with decimal weights. Since we can't know without logs, it's safest to assume the possibility that all votes were counted in this manner, because fact of the matter is, they'll need to PROVE that not all votes were counted this way, and that a vast majority were legitimate and worth 1 vote.

What we have here is an expert casting doubt on what he knows about this situation. Obviously, with incomplete data, he cannot unequivocally state there was election fraud. What this affidavit does is present serious cause for concern. If someone chooses to ignore it, they are either in complete denial or are complicit to whatever is going on. This is a call to action for a court to get the required evidence to make a decision one way or the other. You can't just throw out his sworn statement because he doesn't have a crystal ball.

As you may surmise from my previous comment, I'm not a lawyer, but I thought affidavits contain statements the author believes to be true. In this case, it seems the guy confused Minnesota with Michigan. Foolish, yes, but out of the realm of possibility, no. Furthermore, the copy we have is not notarized, so it may not be the final copy.
I can't speak to how a court would view this as written, but we as individuals can do further research on these claims. Do there exist precincts in Michigan where voter turnout exceeded 100%? Did the candidate ratios change unexpectedly over time, after accounting for the difference in mail-in/in person voting? Were votes stored as floating point and would this provide any evidence at all of RCV? Were the type and number of machines used capable of counting the votes they did in the timeframe mentioned? And so on.
If the answer to any of these is yes, the affidavit is not worthless. While the author's credibility could be called into question, if the allegations (or in the case of 11., the spirit of the allegation) are true, another expert could just as well write their own affidavit, yes?
This significance of that would rely on the premise of the case, right? If the case is "there is fraud, throw out the election", then I see your first statement as the likely opposing argument. If the case is "there are irregularities that justify a full audit with XYZ and ABC, please grant that", then this is a "smoking gun" right?
Even so, could this be a smoking gun in the sense that a reasonable judge could not possibly dismiss the case before allowing the participants a chance to gather more evidence (as happened in PA)?

Reporting of the vote tallies happens in large batches. It's trivial to pick a window where lots of precincts reported more votes than they could have tallied in the same time window the reporting took place in.
The lists of precincts with >100% turnout (including the ones from Minnosota labeled as Michigan), are comparing voter numbers to "SOS Est. Voters," which is NOT the number of registered or even eligible voters in the precinct. It's nonsense.

If you read the sentence it never says these are MI precints, he says they are precincts with over 100% voter turnout vs estimated voters (this also needs to be cleared up, what is his definition of estimated voters, voters who voted, or voters who were eligible to vote). I wonder if the original data is correct, but a sorting error aligned the areas incorrectly. Seems like a obvious error especially with a 350% claim, I would have expected that to be triple checked.
One thing to consider if these are mn counties as I saw in another post of "Frazee", "Detroit Lakes", etc... is that those are all lake country in MN with 400,000 to million $ lake homes of people from the Minneapolis/St. Paul area. I would not doubt that many voted twice, both at home in the MSP area and at the lake home. So the data could be right, just the wrong data set was used.

Just noticed when reading through the affidavit Antrim county was spelled as Antium. I know in another affidavit there was a mix-up with a state abbreviation and this error could cause problems with the affidavit itself. Is this another typo that could have legal ramifications?

There are a MULTITUDE of security concerns where 1 or 2 people can totally destroy thousands of ballot counts, flip them, disregard them, make them do a handstand, whatever they want.
