Until now, not even I realized we had such a solid case in Michigan.

I keep posting this: In a fair election, POTUS Trump would have gotten 500+ EC votes.

I literally believe ALL 538 votes is possible!

Anything less than 500, and I'm still calling shenanigans! 👌

Gone for an hour and you are lost! Doesn't help my addiction!!

10
Strike_Eagle784 10 points ago +10 / -0

There's literally so much going on, that it's hard to keep track of all of it.

8
shadypollster 8 points ago +8 / -0

Now imagine being a low info normie.

5
Strike_Eagle784 5 points ago +5 / -0

That's why it's going to be a roller coaster once the normies who lean left find out about all of this.

3
shadypollster 3 points ago +3 / -0

I am hoping the moderates keep jumping ship. The actual leftards, which seem to start right after the left leaners are a lost cause.

1
Strike_Eagle784 1 point ago +1 / -0

I'm sure more will, especially if Biden "wins" the rig. The purity spiral will engulf the Democratic Party, and burn it to the ground.

2
redhot_alex 2 points ago +2 / -0

i mean there's bunch of ppl on twitter just spam commenting on trump saying "FUCK IT YOU LOST", but keep your heads up pedes, we'll fight back at the horrible, fat-ass dems

2
UpTrump 2 points ago +2 / -0

The problem with this fraud is it's lots of circumstantial evidence, very very hard to prove.

Makes me wonder why republicans haven't been cheating for decades? They have always rolled over, and it's finally caught up to us

9
Two_Scoops__ 9 points ago +9 / -0

first I've seen of the half million number. Everybody keeps throwing out the 137k ballots that showed up or the 170k ballots attached to zero voters

3
BeefChucker 3 points ago +3 / -0

They used two methods, hacked/manual electronic voting but he was still losing so bad that’s where the late morning fake vote mail in dumps were required

i think this is the filing where they mixed up states in one of their addendum.

Anyone has a complete listing like this one from the 17th

but updated to this week?

I will assume this is true. This should be a cut and dry case to get MI results thrown out.

"The fact that we observed raw vote data that includes decimal places...."

Were they too stupid to round vote tallies to whole numbers?

20
Sturm43s 20 points ago +20 / -0

US v. Throckmorton - "fraud vitiates all judgments"

Essentially, you can't have anything recognized as legal that has fraud in it.

12
MakeAmericaLegendary 12 points ago +12 / -0

I was about to say the same thing. Is this in court? If so, it casts enough doubt on MI to cancel the entire thing.

6
MakeAmericaLegendary 6 points ago +6 / -0

Awesome! Whose case is this submitted under?

5
THE_MAGAL0RIAN 5 points ago +5 / -0

it casts enough doubt on MI to cancel the entire thing.

If they cancel the whole thing, who would win the “popular vote?” Who would get the electors?

4
MakeAmericaLegendary 4 points ago +4 / -0

Legislature gets to pick, or their state sends no electors. Jamming the system by invalidating states sending electors is still a win-condition for us.

2
tiredofwinning2020 2 points ago +2 / -0

That’s kind of a bull shit rule if we can prove one side caused the fraud. The other side by default should win flat out. Otherwise if the scale is tipped in the direction of people willing to commit fraud, there would be no reason not to commit fraud.

2
MakeAmericaLegendary 2 points ago +2 / -0

Yeah, I agree that it's a really unfortunate consequence. But it's baked in there with the hopes that some part of the system would be uncorrupted enough to stop the kind of constitutional crisis that we're finding ourselves in today. This is probably the first time we'll see whether the founders' many emergency systems have failed.

The reason that cheating isn't immediate disqualification (though some states may choose to select their electors with that in mind) is because the other side could just cheat badly on behalf of their opponent, get caught, and then win the election. If we punished getting caught with death, that might be a better option. Unfortunately, we do not.

3
tiredofwinning2020 3 points ago +3 / -0

This is the thing. Punishment for committing election fraud is way too weak. Most of the time the courts don’t even want to tackle it, you have to force them into it.

Also it’s far too easy to set people up to do the actual fraud (lower level employees) then if caught, the people actually behind planning the fraud don’t get punishment at all.

2
FlamingRain 2 points ago +2 / -0

That risks a different failure mode, where one side commits fraud that benefits the other to get them thrown out.

3
tiredofwinning2020 3 points ago +3 / -0

I’m saying if proven, the side that commits the fraud looses. We would have to prove that it wasn’t one side making it look like the other side cheated of course. In this case, the fraud is pretty obvious and it wasn’t the republicans that were keeping the democrats out of the polling stations for instance.

A lot of those townships are in Minnesota. I'm not sure if all of them are. A typo using MI instead of MN?

14
Kimball_Kinnison 14 points ago +14 / -0

Correct. This is the notorious "Somebody confused MN with MI" error.

17
MNMathtic 17 points ago +17 / -0

What's interesting is the response to this "They couldn't even get MI vs MN right. The rest of the data is false!"

To which I say, "You mean if there are any inaccuracies, then we should just throw out all the data? Ok, let's talk about the 2020 election data...."

5
eddedandedamame 5 points ago +5 / -0

E X A C T L Y!!

2
Kimball_Kinnison 2 points ago +2 / -0

Yes, this is a common tactic: find an error, a weak link, one dodgy association, and use that to dismiss everything.

11
paradox87 11 points ago +11 / -0

Hoping its just a typo and its actual statistical data for minnesota. If we did this well in minnesota then the dems are really fucked

I wonder -- as United States voters could we file a class action suit against these contested states for certifying despite overwhelming evidence of fraud? One would assume (not knowing much about election law) that we (as citizens) have some rights in the matter.

If our choice for president has been negated through fraud -- then "we, the people" could also be considered "an injured party" -- couldn't we?

I imagine if we (collectively) were to donate -- we could retain counsel. Can you picture a "The Donald. Win vs.State" court case? It certainly would not hurt for "we, the people" to come out swinging on President Trump's behalf.

Just a thought -- I am not even sure the mods would be interested in doing this or if it would even be legally possible to act as a formal unit.

5
MNMathtic 5 points ago +5 / -0

I remember a post here saying that any GA citizen could file a lawsuit once the results were certified. Your results may vary depending on your state.

However, the Ramsland affidavit appeared to confuse townships in Minnesota for Michigan.

Ramsland highlighted a number of "statistical anomalies and red flags" he claimed proved "that election results have been manipulated within the Dominion/Premier system in Michigan."

He specifically highlighted several precincts in Michigan where the number of votes cast appeared to exceed the number of registered voters in the county.

Many of the municipalities cited in the Michigan (MI) document, such as Albertville, Houston, Monticello, Runeberg, Lake Lillian, Brownsville, Wolf Lake, Height of Land, Detroit Lakes, Frazee, and Kandiyohi, are located in Minnesota (MN).

The affidavit was filed Tuesday. A federal judge dismissed Wood's lawsuit on Thursday, which sought to halt the certification of Georgia's election, saying it came too late and lacked merit.

Big oopsie.

Omahusker 2 points ago +2 / -0

Biden had NO voters! The jays a fact,,,, even with the fraud we still cooked them like Hildabeast! They know they are liars and cheats and this is why the Trump train needs to run them down and run them over! No Brakes!!!

That's 400,000 OVER the maximum number of registered voters. Typical voter turnout is like 70% of registered voters or so. In reality, it's a million plus bullshit ballots.

3
Vla1ne 3 points ago +4 / -1

Same day registration does not bring the registry up by 44% even in the best of cases, and in this case, same day registrants would have to be at least 60% republican based on the in person voting data. Where the hell did all these biden votes come from?

I keep saying the cases are overwhelming - anyone that is certifying this election will be conspiring to commit fraud. They are so desperate to rush it to make sure the cases dont happen.

2
Rhondevu85 2 points ago +2 / -0

It’s clear desperation from Dems made this more evident. Gonna be an interesting SCOTUS hearing...

2
UnmaskedPatriot 2 points ago +2 / -0

If people hadn't turned out in droves to support DJT, this clear cut evidence probably wouldn't have been so clear cut. It's the fact that they had to make up such a large deficit that they got caught. Thanks to all patriots!

Biden "behind" by 400,000 votes in Michigan.

That is the first logical thing I have seen in Michigan.

Here are 127,000 'miraculous' none registered voters in Michigan sending in Mail-in ballots...
